Our Photographer and assistant will arrive one
hour before the arrival of your guests to set up
a portrait studio (minimum space required 3.5m x
4x close to 13amp electrical supply) as close to
the venue entrance as possible.

On arrival of the guests each individual, couple
or group will be invited to have their
photograph taken with no obligation to purchase.

After the photograph has been taken the guest
can view the image on a monitor screen and then
purchase the photograph by paying the assistant
£10.00 each photograph.

Whilst on the premises the image will be
enlarged using the latest high quality equipment
to 8"x 6" and presented in a presentation mount
and delivered to the guest at their table during
the event.
